Academic Renewal Form Information

Academic Renewal permits the alleviation of previously recorded substandard academic performance which is not reflective of a student’s present demonstrated ability and level of performance. 

Students are strongly encouraged to meet with a counselor for review of academic records prior to submitting the Academic Renewal form.

If external course work is to be considered for this request, please confirm that official transcripts are on file with Admissions & Records.

Academic renewal will be granted only once and is irreversible. Academic Renewal will not be used to qualify for graduation honors.
