This application must be completed and submitted by April 30, 2021. All materials submitted for this application will be reviewed by a committee comprised of math and science faculty, counselors, and financial aid personnel to determine eligibility for the S-STEM award.
The scholarship criteria are as follows:
Grade Point Average: 2.75 in math and science courses and 2.5 overall
Enrolled full-time when applying and will be full-time while receiving award
Completion of or current registration in Pre-Calculus or above
Established educational plan leading to transfer in Science, Math, or Engineering with clear evidence of transfer by Fall 2022 or Fall 2023
Demonstrated financial need as defined by the US Department of Education rules for need-based Federal financial aid.
Must be citizens of the United States, nationals of the United States, aliens admitted as refugees under section 207 of the Immigration and Nationality Act, or aliens lawfully admitted to the United States for permanent residence
