My First Schedule Workshop Options

 

Attend the My First Schedule Workshop

After completing the online admissions application and student orientation, all students should complete the My First Schedule Workshop.

In-Person Workshop

The in-person My First Schedule Workshops are facilitated by College of the Desert Counselors. They will review your program requirements and help you select classes for the upcoming semester.

In-person workshops are offered at the Palm Desert Campus in the Liberal Arts Building, Room 13. To register for the in-person workshop click the button below.

Online Workshop

Students unable to attend an in-person workshop may watch an abbreviated version of the My First Schedule Workshop via video by clicking the Watch the Workshop Video Now button below.

 

Follow-Up Counseling Appointment

Students can meet with a counselor to discuss their program progress and create a Student Educational Plan (SEP) to map out future goals.
