California Dream Act Service Incentive Grant Program (DSIG)
The California Dream Act Service Incentive Grant Program (DSIG) encourages California Dream Act Application (CADAA) students with a Cal Grant B award to perform community or volunteer service. Students participating in the program must complete 150 hours of community or volunteer service per semester to receive the grant. The grant amount is up to $4,500 per academic year (up to $2,250 per semester).

Your financial aid file must be complete before applying for the DSIG program. Use the Financial Aid Self Service Portal to check your status. In addition, you must meet Satisfactory Academic Progress.
