Program Name: Mamás y Bebés
Program Description:
- An 8-week individual or group support program
- A mood management course provided during and after pregnancy for women at risk of
post-partum depression.
- Gift card incentive
- Free Diapers
- Available virtually
Program Criteria:
- Women who are pregnant or who are up to 12 months postpartum
- Completion of a screening form required to determine risk for developing postpartum
depression
- Completion of demographic and pre- and post-measures required

Program Name: Strengthening Families Program (SFP)

- Focus is to help prevent teen problem behaviors and substance abuse, strengthen parenting
skills, and build on family strengths.
