COD is identifying designated cabinet official on organization chart and defines responsibility. COD allocates sufficient resources to support designated cabinet official.
College is officially creating the "Accessibility Liaison" position at the Executive Cabinet level, budgeting for this person's time, placing the position on an organizational chart, and defining the responsibilities of the position
COD is ensuring that everyone on campus knows how to effectively use institutional structures to meet accessibility needs on campus. COD’s Board of Trustees is being educated and understands accessibility needs on campus.
Faculty, staff, students, and community members are regularly using established feedback loops and systems beyond DSPS to address accessibility concerns
Board of Trustees is receiving an annual refresher on accessibility policies and concerns at the college
COD is annually summarizing and reviewing the data with the Executive Cabinet and College Planning Council
