High School Students

At College of the Desert, we offer college classes to high school students, this is called concurrent enrollment. In the Automotive department, high school students can start classes as early as 11th grade. While concurrently enrolled (high school and college) tuition is waived and all the student needs to purchase is the course textbook and safety glasses. Students also are not required to take the placement test when they are only taking Automotive Classes.
